Our founder started this company after watching a family member go through a basement flood. The restoration company that showed up was late, gave a vague estimate, and pushed expensive upgrades that weren’t needed. The work was rushed. The communication was poor. The family felt taken advantage of during one of the most stressful moments of their lives.

That experience stuck. He knew there had to be a better way — a restoration company that answered the phone at 2 a.m., explained the process clearly, worked directly with insurance, and charged a fair price. A company built on integrity.

So in 2018, Integrity Water Damage Restoration Ohio opened its doors with one truck, a handful of dedicated technicians, and a promise: we will always do the right thing for the customer.
